I teach mompreneurs how to raise babies and business through balance and the importance of valuing and maintaining selfcare by reducing and simplifying their workload through systematic approaches which allows them to spend more time on selfcare & motherhood.
In addition, I work with brands and private to bring ideas to life and create "play books to deliver on business ideas and enhancements within the vehicle of projects.
With my strengths, I lead by collaborating with teams to launch initiatives, present proposals, and solve problems. I study the root cause and net effect of the goal or project.
I keep projects and initiatives moving forward with the big picture/end goal in mind. I enjoy championing others strengths and I am often described as a teacher, mentor, and coach.
